Family Planning Guidelines

The OPA and CDC have released new recommendations to improve the quality of family planning services. These recommendations, called Providing Quality Family Planning Services (QFP), define what family planning services to offer during a health care visit, and describe how to provide them—to women and men. The Title X Program Requirements focus on Title X statutory and regulatory policies.

Program Guidelines

Family planning services are an integral part of delivering quality health care for the millions of men and women of reproductive age (15–44 years). Offering family planning services—at every visit—to all women and men can improve the health, well-being, and economic stability of your patients and future generations. The QFP will help providers use the best evidence to provide the best care.
