The Financial Management Learning Collaborative
The FPNTC is excited to announce the Financial Management Learning Collaborative (FMLC). We invite Title X grantees who want to work on improving management of financial operations and see this as a priority for their network. This learning collaborative will focus on net revenue, one way to measure financial health, as well as several other financial indicators, including:
- Monthly charges
- Net collections rate
- Claims denial rate
- Payer mix
- Accounts receiveable (A/R) aging
How to apply:
Title X grantees should apply by February 28, 2017 at 11:59pm ET.
What to expect from the learning collaborative:
Participating grantees will work with the FPNTC to improve financial management, learn about factors that impact the financial health of an organization, and use financial data for quality improvement (QI) in their organization and network.Teams will engage in five monthly, virtual learning sessions and one in-person meeting to share challenges, relay lessons learned, and problem-solve with experts in the field. The learning collaborative model is focused on on-the-ground implementation and building and applying quality improvement skills that can be transferred to other initiatives.
