The FPNTC is excited to announce a peer learning opportunity for Title X grantees and their service sites focused on improving chlamydia screening. The Chlamydia Screening Learning Collaborative (CTLC) aims to:
- 1. Increase grantees’ understanding of four best practices for chlamydia screening;
- 2. Support grantees to achieve their chlamydia screening goals;
- 3. Increase grantee staff capacity to conduct quality improvement; and
- 4. Increase grantees’ abilities to operationalize best practices in their networks.
How to apply
Title X grantees should apply by May 5, 2017 at 11:59pm ET.
What to expect from the learning collaborative
Participating grantees and their service site teammates will share improvement strategies, challenges and successes with their peers.
Participants will also hear from experts in the field about best practices for chlamydia screening and collect and use performance data for quality improvement.
Teams will engage in one in-person kick-off learning session and five monthly online learning sessions to share challenges, relay lessons learned, and problem-solve with experts in the field.
